Actually, if we really want a Missouri's Best All-Around Rider, then why should we only count various races in MO, KS, and IL?
If the focus is on strict MO residency, then Missouri's Best All-Around Rider shouldn't be restricted to only local races, but should be able to gain points no matter where he/she races?
This is a competition for all who race in MO (plus a little neighboring KS and IL).
