Thanks for putting in a good word for us Dave.
The question now is whether cycling has the crossover appeal to capture a broader audience.

Dave Zabriskie, who has competed in the Tour de France, is skeptical that general sports fans would ever get excited enough to take a day off to see him race at the Tour of Missouri.
By the way, Dave. Now that Tyler is back, do you think you can stay on your bike more than he can?

If Lance is not there people don't care. The Tour of Missouri(tom) will be on the scale of the Tour of Utah or Tour of Virginia. The only thing that helps the TOM is it is 2 weeks before worlds.

...the fact that Pro Tour teams will be here racing (putting it on a level of ATOC and TdG, not TOU or TOV) will help it. ;)

DZsNutz is just bitter because he knows that the Springfield Tribune Herald will be running accompany their ToM article with a picture of DZ coming across the Finish from the 05 TdF bloodied after the fall in the TTT! ;)
